A dynamic fusion of class, clownery, and unbridled charisma, Oola combines a knack for storytelling with a healthy dose of mischief. With music in her soul, rum in her veins, and legs for days, she delights audiences with her campy characters and sophisticated silliness.
A sought-after talent on the cabaret circuit, Oola has graced stages with esteemed shows such as The Ministry of Burlesque, The Gilded Merkin, Hundred Watt Club, and The Lucky 7 Club. Her performances have lit up festivals across the UK and Europe, winning last year’s Brighton Burlesque Ball with her beloved, iconic act ‘The Naked Rambler’.
Oola began her burlesque journey as part of Cardiff Cabaret Club’s community troupe and in 2023 she was delighted to be invited onto The House of Pantha’s inaugural cohort.
A passionate advocate for burlesque as an artform, she
co-produced the acclaimed Wales Burlesque Festival in 2024.
This year sees the launch of her production company Quill & Pearl Presents, in collaboration with stage and screen writer Kit Lambert. Through their flagship shows they aim to champion new and established talent from Wales and beyond, and to showcase and preserve the rich traditions of theatre and variety performance.
Away from the spotlight Oola is also a skilled silversmith with her own jewellery brand, a multi-discipline visual artist with a yarn stash you can see from space, and a devoted mama bear to three glorious humans and two molly-coddled rescue kitties.
